Welcome to in good shape, Congratulations on deciding to attend a group class.
There are 2 options for attending a group class
1. Pay casually per class
- Click Book Now, you will be taken to a calendar
- Select the day/class you would like to attend, click Book Appointment
- At the top, select new customer, Fill in your details (this will create an account for next time)
- Click Book Appointment
- You will be taken to the Cart page, please check all the information is correct and Proceed to Checkout
- Enter your billing information, proceed to payment, you can use PayPal or Credit/Debit Card
- Either proceed to Pay Pal or Place Order.
You will receive a email confirmation of your class. Any cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to the class, otherwise your payment will be forfeited. Should you need to make changes after the booking please go to - My Account, make sure you are logged in
- On the menu on the left hand side select orders.
2. Purchase a Membership – pick this option if you plan to come to at least 1 class per week
- Click on the Services menu and select membership
- Select the membership option you would like, note these membership have a 6 week expire date which means you have 6 weeks to use up the sessions you have purchased. Please ensure you will be able to attend that many classes as refunds are not give for sessions not used.
- Click on Click here
- You will be taken to the Cart page, please check all the information is correct and Proceed to Checkout – Enter your billing information, proceed to payment, you can use PayPal or Credit/Debit Card – Either proceed to Pay Pal or Place Order.
- Your “wallet” has now been credited with “POINTS” 1 Point = 1 Class – Next time you book a class you need to apply 1 point when checking out. – You can check how many points you have left at any time by logging into the website, selecting My wallet, located in the My account drop down.

If you are new you will be required to fill in a pre exercise questionnaire, this will be emailed to you. You will also receive a phone consultation prior to attending.
