Experience & Qualifications

With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to every session. She holds a Diploma in Fitness, Cert IV in Pilates, Reformer Pilates expertise, a 200-hour Yoga Instructor Certification, and a Diploma in Massage Therapy. Currently studying a Bachelor of Psychological Science, Sarah integrates a unique mind-body approach into her training.

Her qualifications reflect a holistic approach—blending strength, mobility, and recovery to help clients feel their best.

Sarah has worked with major fitness brands like Fernwood and Plus Fitness, but her real passion lies in working one-on-one and in small groups, where she can truly tailor her approach to each client. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, improving core strength, managing pre/postnatal fitness, or simply wanting to feel fitter and stronger, Sarah’s sessions are designed with your goals in mind.

Sarah offers private training and reformer Pilates sessions from her home studio—providing a welcoming, comfortable space where you can focus on you. For those who prefer group energy, she also runs community Pilates classes at the Girls Guide Hall in Baulkham Hills, creating an inclusive and supportive space for everyone.
