The reformer machine was invented by Joseph Pilates in WW1 to assist soldiers recover from injury, later it was used for dancers to help strengthen and stretch the body. It is a bed like frame with flat platform that rolls back and forth on wheels. Resistance is added by a number of springs and pullies to assist exercises.
The reformer has a number of exercises that will enable the body to be fully supported in some exercises, and in others require stability. You can achieve a full body workout from light to intense, it is suited to all fitness and experience levels. Sessions are all One on One so your technique will be closely monitored for your safety and effectiveness.
