What is the studio address?

12-14 Cook Street Baulkham Hills 2153, located in a townhouse block. There is visitor parking as you enter the complex.

Do I need to make a booking?

Yes, all sessions are by appointment only.

What time are sessions offered?

Sessions start at 730am and last session 630pm Monday – Friday.

I have never been into exercise, is personal training ok for me?

Yes, personal training can be for anyone, sessions are tailored specifically to your needs, from beginner to advance and gentle to high intensity. In your initial consultation we will discuss your needs and make a plan for you.

What if I can’t make a session and need to cancel?

Please give 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All packs have an extra 2 weeks to allow for time off for sickness or holiday. The session needs to be made up within those extra weeks. Cancellation with less than 24 hours will forfeit the session.

Can I pay on a casual basis?

Yes, you may book casual sessions and pay per session, please note there is limited availability and these sessions need to be paid for at time of booking.

What do I need to bring to my first session?

Please bring a large towel for floor work, water and wear comfortable workout clothes. If you are doing pilates you will only need socks. Grip socks are recommended for reformer pilates. These can be purchased onsite for $15.

What payment methods do you have?

Cash, Bank transfer, Credit card (2% surcharge)
