It is a combination of a few styles, there will be postures that are held for periods of time and also some flowing sequences. It is aimed for all levels with multiple options given, so you can work within your level.

What to bring:
You will need to bring you own mat to this class, a block and strap. This can be purchased from the website, at the class or bring your own.

Relaxation Massage - A smooth, flowing style that promotes general relaxation, improves circulation, range of movement and relieves muscular tension. The art of relaxation massage is allowing the person to slowly relax while the practitioner maintains a smooth flow of strokes. May be referred to as Swedish Massage.

Remedial Massage - Includes components of Relaxation massage and Deep Tissue massage with additional techniques enabling a detailed and specific treatment based on working with the body’s muscle mechanics. Specific assessment and treatment procedures are performed from a clinical perspective and may involve considerable history taking and diagnostic analysis. This is conducted to look at the movement and function of muscle groups, including possible hindrances to muscle flow.

Registered with all major health funds, booking essential, gift certificates available.
