This class is low impact, working on flexibility, muscular strength, endurance, alignment, core strength and muscle balance. It is suitable for all levels and options will be given so no matter if you are a beginner or experienced you will get the most out of the class.

What to bring

- Mat
- Stretch band, can be purchases at class or borrowed if you don’t have one
- Water
- Towel (you may like extra padding for kneeling exercise)

Class Time 60min (includes 15min stretching)

It is a combination of a few styles, there will be postures that are held for periods of time and also some flowing sequences. It is aimed for all levels with multiple options given, so you can work within your level.
