Sessions can use a variety of equipment such as Fitball, weights, cables, kettle bell, boxing, bike, treadmill, bands and lots more.
One on one, whole body strengthening and stretching, focusing on core stability. this workout is low impact and pulleys and springs will support your movements. Reformer Pilates can be a great addition to your current exercise program, or stand-alone exercise. It will help, improve posture, core strength, improve joint stability, help with injury recovery, strengthen the core, improve flexibility.
This class is low impact, working on flexibility, muscular strength, endurance, alignment, core strength and muscle balance. It is suitable for all levels and options will be given so no matter if you are a beginner or experienced you will get the most out of the class.
This is a gentle yoga class that will focus on, breathing techniques, postures and relaxation. It is a combination of a few styles, there will be postures that are held for periods of time and also some flowing sequences. It is aimed for all levels with multiple options given, so you can work within your level.
Lets mix things up and get the benefits of both pilates and yoga, in this class we will perform yoga poses and pilates exercises, you will get stretching, strengthening and relaxation. All levels welcome. Classes will vary week to week focusing on different aspects of pilates and yoga.
