Exercising at home has become more popular due to COVID restrictions, here are my top picks of equipment to have at home.
Mat – great for floor workStep – can be used for cardio and a bench to lay on for weight exercises.
Fitball – great for stability and core exercises, most popular sizes are 55cm and 65cm.
Hand weights – great for strength training, If you are a beginner start out with a lighter set and build up slowly.
Kettlebell – strength training and variety.Exercise bands – stretching and core exercises.
Roller – Stretching and fascia release, these come in different sizes both have benefits, I would recommend the long 90cm.
If you have the space a treadmill/bike/x-trainer is also a great addition.
